Join Barney as he grows the region with this new workout that meets on the Wabash Cannonball Trail right by Generals Ice Cream.

Brought to you by YHC Doubtfire and the 1981 station on Pandora. 4 pax arrived via bicycles: Vespa, Cinnamons, I-Beam and Doubtfire. A beautiful end-of-summer morning with cooler temps and clear skies.
Our third official beatdown at the newest AO in the Black Swamp region.
Camelot was on fire this morning with 12 pax, including FNG Viper!

This beatdown was straight forward with very little inactive time.
After our Mission Statement and 5 CP, we counted off to establish six teams of two.
Pax were challenged to complete 81 (8th month, first day) reps of a list of 19 exercises.
While one pax did work, the other ran down 19 yards and back.
The exercises we did are as follows:

Monkey Humpers
Merkins
Squats
Most pax got as far as monkey humpers and the fastest group got to squats.
We named our newest FNG Jake Laginess “Viper” as he flies F-16’s out of the 180th. A native of Michigan he attended the U of M and then went into the Navy where he became a pilot. He learned about us meeting in Whitehouse from a Facebook post.
