It’s Not a Murph
PAX: Cinnamons, Lonzo, Fat Amy, Manchester, Re-Load, Barney(Q)
The PAX began their day by heading over to Whitehouse Primary School. But, on the way, they enjoyed the scenery of the decorative light poles by performing 10 merkins, 10 squats, and 10 LBCs at each light.
At the school, they did 3 rounds of a Tabata style workout.

On the way back from the school, they burpee’d at each light pole, and finished with some ab exercises.
