Warmups: windmills, motivators, squativators
The Thang:
Spider-Man run:
Run until the Q says halt then he picks someone to choose an exercise. The Q chooses reps based on the exercise. Run again, rinse, and repeat through the PAX.
Then did 3 stations of 3 exercises. First station: 10 reps of merkins, LT Dans, and flutter kicks 2 is 1.
Second station: 20 reps of pickle pounders, Dips, and Squats.
Third station: 30 reps of high knees, LBC’s, Air Presses
After 3rd station run suicides and then a lap together. Repeato.COT: Black Spider was the 6.
