The Thang:
30 reps of each exercise. Complete 3 exercises per round. Start at C7 pole. Complete 30 reps of first exercise. Run to C6 and pick up a cone. Do 30 reps of second exercise. Run to C5 and pick up a cone. Do 30 reps of 3rd exercise. Run back to C7. Pick up a cone. If finished early, pick up 6 and split reps. We completed all 5 rounds. Exercises listed below.
