Boot camp style workout at the Shops at Fallen Timbers. Group will meet next to the movie theater. Easy access to the Wabash Cannonball Trail for some running or rucking. Also, plenty of blacktop to make use of, not to mention a little green space across from the theater.

Split into 5 teams of 3
In 2 minute rounds, do the following:
1 person runs 3 cone suicide, other 3 do 200:
Rnd 1: Merkins
Rnd 2: Jump Squats
Rnd 3: lbc
Rnd 4: flutter kicks (300, 2 is 1)
3 minutes rounds:
Rnd 1: Burpees
Rnd 2: LT Dans
Rnd 3: Imperial Walkers
Rnd 4: Mike Tysons
Boulevard of broken dreams:
At each bench – 10 bear squats
Flower pots – 10 merkins
Doors – 10 Mike tysons
