The Thang:
Setup 6 stations in a straight line 25 yards apart with the last one being on top of the sledding hill. Starting at station 1 sprint to station 2 complete 25 Merkins and run back to station 1. Sprint to station 3 complete 25 Big Boy Sit Ups run back to station 1. Sprint to station 4 complete 25 Lt. Dans run back to station 1. Sprint to station 5 complete 25 Absolutions run back to station 1. Sprint to station 6 (up the hill) complete 25 burpees run back to station 1.
This concludes round 1.
Round 2 is a repeat with 15 exercises at each.
Round 3 is a repeat with 5 exercises at each.
It was an excellent workout with a great turnout. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to lead these amazing HIMs and cannot wait to have the opportunity again.
