Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field. Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3 Black Swamp and refuel from the workout.
We had 13 young men attend our Spartan 300 beatdown. They were Bill Chanel Colon, Andrew Peach Lee, Chris Drage Heisenberg, Jessie Fossil Miller, John Huffy Peer, Todd Nitrous Armbruster, Allen Cocunut Davies, Brian McEnroe Davis, Chris Charmin Tracy, Dave Mulan Chen, Jake Jennay Wittmer, ? Chi Chat Pano, and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. we decided into teams of 4 and one team had 5. !/2 of a group was doing the exercise while the other half ran from one side of the parking lot and back and they switched out. We did 300 reps as a team for the following exercises, merkins, LBCs, burpees, starfish sit ups, swimmer merkins, V sit ups and that is as far as any group got. We ended in a circle of trust.
