Mission and Principles:
F3: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission: To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it is always:
1. Free of charge
2. Open to all men
3. Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
4. Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
5. Ends with a Circle of Trust

The “Thang”:
Out and back along the westward river-walk path. Encouraged PAX to bring out their craziest coupons to carry, but out of the 16 other PAX, only one person brought anything. Fortunately, it was the giant slosh tube of Van Wilder. Guardian’s Valvoline coupon didn’t count. YHC brought both Swords of Posting Power.

Spreadsheets from the Gloom: 55 maybe? And dry. Great morning for a ruck. Saw a dear along the gravel path. Purdy mis-calculated the sloshy-ness of the slosh tube, dropped it during a transfer, and cut three of his fingers as it fell to the ground. Fortunately, the slosh tube was unharmed. Purdy was able to find a bandaid amongst his van of fun post ruck.
I was really hoping for more coupons. Perhaps I should have made it a requirement, not a suggestion. Maybe next time…
