We had a grand ol time. We started with some favorite warmups: mosey, windmills, ssh
Then played cone tag: team cone sideways won after a tiebreaker game
We moved on to running bases which ended up being a huge hit. Had to run between two bases and not get tapped by the ball. If you did you had to do 5 burpees to get back in.
Ended with some good prayer and are going tj be back next week!
