1. Backblast for “Twister” at Wakanda on 5/11/23

   PAX: Rudy, Footloose, Coconut (Q)

   Gorgeous morning with about 55° at 0530. a little dew on the grass
   Intro–mission and core principles.

   Warm-o-rama with Cindy
   Squat-Thrustivator from 5
   (Squat thruster, goblet squat, overhead press, block curl)
   20 SSH IC…then Rudy showed up, so we repeated the
   Squat-Thrustivator from 5

   THANG:
   Twister spinner. 4 exercises, one in each quadrant. Spin and see what you’re doing. Rep-count by the color (Blue = 5, Green = 10, Yellow = 15, Red = 20).
   Block Hammers–2 is 1 American hammer with cinder block
   Globetrotter–2 is 1 swing block around body, reverse direction and go back around.
   V-block wipers–seated with vertical block at your feet. lift feet up and over, touch ground on the other side, then back up and over for 1.
   Cement Scoop–inclined puddin’ scoops with hands on block.

   After collecting a set (all 4 colors of one exercise OR same color on all exercises OR different colors across all exercises), PAX take a break from spinning to either schlep shuffle their block around the bus drive or Murder bunny across the field and back.
