Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had 5 brave men come to our beatdown. They were Alec Meatloaf Falkenberg, Josh Lonzo Hoot, Paul Gulliver Wiederhold, Ben Rudy Hoipkemeir and the Q, Mark Landslide Trimble. We did Landslides Murph. This consists of running 2 laps around the oval, Then the rotation of the Murph but instead of merkins we do burpees and instead of squats we do squat thrusters. We ended in a circle of trust.
