Rihanna Half Time show beatdown

During Rihanna’s half time show, the back up dancers pulled off moves that reminded the Q of many exercises
The q put together a playlist of his favorite Rihanna songs, and did not demand that anyone have his money – this is F3 – always FREE.
During each song, the intent was to do 8 reps (8 albums released by RiRi), with 2 exercises per song. However, the pax had a hard time counting, and we set a Tabata timer to 30 seconds for each exercise – still 2 exercises per song.
THe Q also misplaced his winkey, but here are the exercises that were done, in no particular order:
air punches, squats, diamond merkins, diamond leg raises, dirty hookups, monkey humpers, ape hops, and other sexually suggestive exercises, to pair with rihanna songs.
