   First man peels off

   Catches up with back of line/group and calls out “6”. Front man peels off and does the same.
   If a PAX is falling behind, front man still peels off, does exercises, catches up with group, BUT then runs back and gets in line behind 6. (this will form two running groups, but the front group will eventually join up with the back group)
