Located in the heart of Maumee, Ohio is Wakanda the home of the Maumee Panthers. Physical education starts early on Thursdays for men of the Black Swamp.
We had 4 brave souls attend our beatdown. It was one of my hardest Q’s as I can barely hold my arms up to type this backblast! Attending were Josh Lonzo Hoot, Joe Charlotte Parker, Ben Rudy Hoipkemier and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. We did a modified Murph. We ran two laps around the oval, then you could do 5 or 10 pull ups and instead of merkins we did burpees and instead of squats we did squat thrusters with a block. so it went either 5/10/15 or 10/20/30 reps. we ended in a circle of trust.
