   INtro, 5 core principles, Mission

   Warm-up – Motivators and air presses

   4 cones set up in a square. Q called the first exercise – Merkins. Every exercise also had a special word or phrase chosen by the person who called the exercise. After the 1st round, the person who finished first called the next exercise and special word.

   the PAX did 10 reps of each exercise. Q called Merkins and “Fartsack” so they did 10 merkins and had to say “Fartsack” before starting. Forgetting meant 3 penalty burpees. The winner of te first round was Rudy. He called Squats and “Burpees”. Each exercise stacked, so the last round included 11 exercises – 10 reps each. Pax ran around cones, and did exercises at the cones, always finishing at the first cone by running to it.
