Pax took turns drawing a Dominoes tile of 1-5 dots and performed 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 reps of six exercises. Merkins, bent over rows, shoulder raises, overhead presses, curls, or shoulder shrugs. After three exercises lunge walked, rifle carried, or suitcase carried our blocks/plates 10 to 50 yards based on the drawn tile.
