Easy jog to end of pier and back
Workout:
5 cones set up about 25 yards apart.
Ran from one cone to the next, perform exercise, run to next cone, perform exercise etc. once finish exercise at last cone, run to first.
Exercises
First cone: 25 Big boy sit ups
Second cone: 50 flutter kicks (2 is 1)
Third cone: 75 LBCs
Forth cone: 100 mountain climbers (1 is 1)
Second time through
First cone: hello dollies
Second cone: American hammers (2 is 1)
Third Cone: bicycles (2 is 1)
Forth cone: ankle touches (2 is 1)
When done with second set repeat but now lunge walk from cone to cone. Run back from last cone once done.
