2. 5 Side Plank with Rotation (Free arm goes from sky to under you)
3. 10 Spiderman Plank (similar to mountain climbers, but from elbows)
4. 15 Merkins
5. 20 Jump squats
6. 25 Plank to Downward Dog
7. 30 Bird Dogs W/knee elbow touch
8. 35 Wipers
9. 40 Flutter kicks
10. 45 X factors
11. 50 LBCs
12. Plank 100 count
We only made it to level 9. The Q decided to mosey down to the end of the marina a couple times to get a little jogging in.
Beautiful morning for some first F. It was great to have some non-regular attendees at the Yard today! Thanks for heading to our side of the river, gents!
