This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

8 stations 5 yards apart, going up hill.
Stations:
1. Merkins on your block X 10
2. Goblet Squats X 10
3. Block Curls X 10
4. Block overhead Presses X 10
5. Merkins on your block X 10
6. Goblet Squats X 10
7. Block Curls X 10
8. Block overhead Presses X 10
Walk to the bottom of the hill and repeat.
Repeated 4.5 times up hill and 3.5 times down hill.
Also did a Duckwalk up the hill and Lunges down the hill
