Merkins on 1 end. Squats on the other end. Started with 1 Merkin, ran to cone and did 10 squats. Then ran back to other cone did 2 merkins and then back to other cone and did 9 squats and so on until we did 10 merkins and 1 squat.
Then we did 2 sprints from cone to cone
