This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

Great time at the yard this morning. It was just Bob and myself with Bob needing a IPC challenge we set it up and he did great. Total reps 500 he did the last 25 burpees in 1min and 43 seconds it was awesome to watch him push past his own mental limits into the unknown well that lies in us all if we will just believe in ourselves. Man I just can’t say how honored I am to have been a part of that. Great job Raven.
