Site Q - Raven
This boot camp style workout site has it all. Hills, ramps, basketball courts, ball field, steps, playground, open space and a picturesque view of the mighty Maumee. There’s even a giant Black Swamp frog. The possibilities are endless.

Location: The Yard -Rossford Marina, Rossford, OH

F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it must:
Be free of charge
Be open to all men
Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
End with a Circle of Trust
Warm-Up In Cadence (10 reps of each)
Side Straddle Hops, Windmills, Chain Breakers, High Knees
(4) Sections – (4) exercises per section – One minute AMRAP for each exercise – 15 second rest between each exercise – Ten burpees after sections one and three. Five absolutions after sections two and four. Run to the end of the parking lot to finish each section. Stay together as a group for entire workout.
Section One: Merkins, Squats, American Hammers, Freddie Mercury’s
Section Two: Carolina Dry Docks, Never Surrenders, Imperial Walkers, BBSU’s
Section Three: Diamond Merkins, Jump Squats, Calf Raises, LBC’s
Section Four: Jack Webb’s, Prisoner Squats, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps, Plank
We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six, Announcements and a prayer.
Nitrous was the six. He was EH’d by Fossil and also knew Heisenberg who was at his first workout at the Fortress. Got his name because he used to be a dentist. Has always enjoyed exercise but keeps coming back to F3 because working out as a group is better than working out alone.
Announcements: Help needed to pay for Red Ryder’s funeral lunch and help also needed to set up at the church on Sunday night. Tag-A-Long going away party Saturday night. Thanksgiving football.
Prayers for Red Ryder’s family, for Tag-A-Long and for everyone who defends our freedom.
Moleskin/Spreadsheet from the Gloom:
Mid 40s with a steady breeze but was quite comfortable.
Boats and docks are out of the water at The Yard!
Beautiful moonrise as we finished COT
Thanks to Mile High for keeping an eye on the flag and picking it up when it fell down.
