SpauldingWe assembled on Veteran’s Day with weighted rucks as well as cinder blocks/coupons to honor our vets and the heavy lifting they do each day for their families and their country.
We opened with a slow motion Cadence blockies then we moseyed to the end of the peir near the river and honored fallen Navy SEAL Chad Wilkinson with 25 step-ups on the barrier wall.
Continuing our mosey around the Yard we performed the following work with rucks in most cases.
*Dips on block
*Suicides runs on basketball court while other half of group did incline merkins on blocks
*Bear crawl up hill 50 meters
*BBSU at shelter house
* More step-ups
Throughout the mosey, I shared readings about the history of veteran’s day and the progression of the holiday from Armistice Day and the ending of WW1 to present day.
