Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Beatdown:
    Round 1:
    50 Dips
    50 American hammers
    50 Squats
    Spider-Man push-ups up the first half of the stairs. Run to the top and back down the ramp

    Round 2
    50 little baby crunches
    50 box jumps
    50 Australian merkins
    Imperial walk up the first half of stairs. Run the rest of the stairs and back down the ramp

    Round 3
    Sneaky lunge around the circle perimeter
    50 merkins
    50 big boy sit ups
    Quick step up the first half of stairs (both feet hit every step)
    Run to the top and down the ramp
