20 pickle pounders at teh bottom of the stairs. 1 Carolina dry dock at the top. repeat flapjack shifting one rep from bottom to top until you perform 1 picklepounder and 20 dry-docks. (and 20 trips up/down teh stairs).
Up button–convert to pickle-pounding-push-ups at the bottom.
