Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    F3 – Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
    Mission –Plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
    The core principles of F3 are that it must:
    Be free of charge
    Be open to all men
    Be held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold (except when the governor says we have to stay home)
    Be led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
    End with a Circle of Trust

    Warm Up: SSH, Windmills, Chainbreards in cadence. Run to Hood Park and back.

    The Thang:
    One PAX runs up and down stairs while other PAX perform AMRAP of an exercise called by the Q. Rotate until all PAX have run the stairs. Intermission: Run to 2nd stanchion down Hood Park path and back. Completed another full rotation of PAX running stairs.

    Exercises performed: Hand release merkins, squats, imperial walkers, plank, Superman’s, heel touches, burpees, mountain climbers, Freddie Mercury’s, Big Boi sit ups, LBC’s, step ups, dips, Carolina dry docks, Bonnie Blair’s, Lt, Dan’s, flutter kicks, leg lifts, box cutters, outlaws.

    We ended in a Circle of Trust with Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama, The Six and a prayer.

    Hannibal was the six. Eh’d by Raven. Named Hannibal because he’s from Buffalo. Loves working out as a group. Would never do burpees on his own.
