Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    A few sprinkles and some wet ground couldn’t deter 9 fine HIM from getting out into the spring-like gloom. The birds were chirping and the PAX were grumbling so we had to motivate ourselves to get some serious work in.

    PAX: Tarnished, Spaulding, Stark, Hannibal, Ten Pin, Crawdad, Geppetto, Irish Hoss, Baretta
    Coconut (QIC)

    THANG:
    Another Legstravaganza in the swamp.
    Warm-o-Rama: Motivator (from 10), Monkey Humper IC (25)
    Teams of 3 (and 4), complete 100 or 133 Step-ups (2 is 1) then move to the ramp.
    – heel walks up the first leg of the ramp, turn the corner
    – lunge walk up to the middle landing
    – team elephant walk up to the top, toe raises for the 6
    Motivator from 10, Monkey Humper IC (20), Penny Kicks IC, Apollo Ohno IC
    Teams complete 100 air squats then make way back down the ramp
    – Team elephant walk to the middle landing
    – lunge walk to the corner
    – heel walk to the bottom, step-ups for the 6
    Close things out with some more Penny kicks and Monkey Humpers IC.
