Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

Warmup was some Burpees, potato pickers, chain breakers, etc…the usual.
Then we moseyed all the way over to hood park and back and got into the work
We played a little jeopardy. If we got the question right we did the normal reps, if we got them wrong we did double. Once during the game they group could choose to switch something out with a daily double. If we got that wrong we had to triple the reps and if we got it right we moseyed to Hood Park.
