The objective for the Pax was to be the first one to get to the finish line. One pax would be randomly selected to draw cards first and be the “MC”. While the MC was drawing cards, the face value of the card would be representative of the number of burpees (Green light) or Squats (Red Light) to be completed between card pulls (EG – 5 of Diamonds = 5 Burpees – Ace is 1, Face cards are 10). The color of the card corresponds to whether the other pax will be moving or stationary during the MC’s Burpees/Squats.
Red is Stop, Black is go – MC calls out Red Light for Red cards and Green Light for Black Cards to signal the Pax. A new MC is selected and a new round starts.
In the event a “Joker” is drawn, all pax run back to the start and the MC continues from there.
