Group – 200 by 25s
Rnd 1 – curls (bottom) / merkins
Rnd 2 – squats (coupon) / merkins
Teammate A does exercise, teammate b holds block in press.
Teammate A finishes 25 reps, goes upstairs and holds plank. Teammate B can start as soon as A is finished with reps.
B does reps, goes upstairs. A does merkins, B planks. A finishes and goes down stairs. B merkins, then goes downstairs. Repeat until 200 reps/round.
