The rest of the PAX do 3 burpees to give the Running Man a head start, and then they can work on the same exercise until the Running Man reaches the goal and yells “Stop”. If you can catch the running man, good for you, keep going and get in a few extra reps until “Stop” is called.Stage 1 (Legs)
