Due to the increases in the Covid-19 and local advisories we decided to bring back our virtual workouts. If you don’t feel safe meeting in person at our normal workouts participate in your yard, garage, basement or wherever you feel comfortable.

    PAX – Huckleberry, Jennay, Coconut, Dutch, Woodstock

    The “Running Man” is randomly chosen from PAX to perform set amount of reps, effectively acting as the rounds timer.
    The rest of the PAX do 3 burpees to give the Running Man a head start, and then they can work on the same exercise until the Running Man reaches the goal and yells “Stop”. If you can catch the running man, good for you, keep going and get in a few extra reps until “Stop” is called.

    Stage 1 (Legs)
    30 – Jungle Boys Squats
    30 – Smurf Jacks
    Cardio, 2 rounds of 30 Mountain Climbers and 30 High Knees
    30 – Raggedy Anns (2 is 1)
    30 – Single Leg Sqaut Rows (20 per leg)
    Cardio, 2 rounds of 30 Mountain Climbers and 30 High Knees

    Stage 2 (Upper Body and Core)
    20 – Inch Worm Merkins
    25 – HRTX Merkins
    Cardio, 2 rounds of 30 Mountain Climbers and 30 High Knees
    30 – Kick Throughs
    35 – Peter Jacks (Peter Parkers and Plank Jacks)
    Cardio, 2 rounds of 30 Mountain Climbers and 30 High Knees

    Repeato for 35 mins

    COR, NOR, Woodstock was the six. Way to posted and not use quarantine as an excuse!
