The Thang:
We ran around the school building and stopped at every 3rd entrance to do work, Route 66.
The work was 3 exercises, each exercise was 22 reps (22×3=66).

Completed 3 laps around the building and many reps.
A fun morning, got the heart rate up, got better & punched the day in the face!
