Spreading a little further east into Oregon, OH with our newest beatdown in the Black Swamp! This AO is at Fassett Junior High School, home of the Eagles, plenty of room for all kinds of fun beatdowns.

For each step along the road, Pax choose the ‘Long’ option or ‘Block’ option. The Long exercises are on the 4 cones at the perimeter of the parking lot, the ‘Block’ course is 4 cones in a much smaller square.
As Raven was dealing with an elbow issue, Pax chose the Long option, which was a great way to get some running in.
