Our workouts:
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
The Warm up:
A lap around the parking lot, 24 SSH, 10 Chain Breakers, Arm Circles, Huggers, and 10 Old Man Windmills
The Beatdown:
Part 1 (2 rounds) The timer was a farmers carry around the Island while the the rest of the PAX did Decline Merkins, Bent Spring, Cinder-Curls, and 15lb. Ball Toss.
Part 2 (2 rounds) The timer was partner Pushin Huffy’s Hoopty while the rest of the PAX did Bent Lat Rows, Freddy Mercurys, and Kettle Block Swings.
We ended in the COT. Armstrong was the 6. He’s been bringing it every week while riding in on his Mountain Bike. We finished with Announcements and Prayer. Its always a God given Blessing every time I’m out with the F3 PAX and even a greater Blessing to have the opportunity to Q!!!!!! Thanks for the hard work and the awesome effort Boyz!!!
