The men of the Nest braved sub zero temps to get in a beatdown this chilly MLK day. Pinto kept us moving with o.y.o. reps of SSH, Imp Walkers (2:1), Smurf Jacks, Burpees, Dips, and skaters (2:1) and an out and backwards run to finish the set. Reps were 15, 20, 25, 30, 35…and back to 15. Pinto provided a most excellent coffeeteria to follow.
