Tabata workout with each Set composed of 3 exercises for 60 seconds each followed by 1 minute of hills, the same exercises for 45 seconds each followed by 1 minute of hills, and the same again for 30 seconds w/ 1 min of hills. There were a total of 3 sets.
Sets 1 (Block Presses, Smurf Jacks, Outlaws) + Hills
Set 2 (Block Curls, Ninja Squats, Bicycles) + Hills
Set 3 (Man Maker or Burpee, No Surrenders, Heels to Heaven) + Hills
