The Thang:
We ran/moseyed around the school, stopping at every door to do some work. Work = 10 burpees, 10 Plank Jack Shoulder Taps (2=1) and 10 Lt. Dans.
This workout has unofficially gone through a name change and in the future will be called Door Dash.
It was a wonderful drizzly and somewhat warm morning for December. Great way to start the morning and great company to start it with!
