Workout: 3 sets of exercises. Each Set of 4 exercises were done for 60 seconds (then 30 second jog break) 45 seconds (30 sec jog) 30 seconds (30 second jog).
Set 1: Muricans (off balance), Gift Kettle Swings, Sit Ups, Gift Presses
Set 2: Gift Curls, Gift Squats, Box Cutters, Gift Row
Set 3: Muricans (incline), Toe Taps, Flutter Kicks, Elf Makers (or Burpee)
