The Thang:
Started with some stretching then moseyed a lap around the parking lot.
We used a human timer. One pax carried a sandbag and a Kb from the back doors of the school (where we were doing the work) to the opposite side of the parking lot and back while the others did work. Each PAX took turns being the “timer”.

After 4 or 5 Rounds of exercises, we took a break for our halftime show where we welcome special guest AC/DC to sing Thunderstruck! During Thunderstruck we did SSHs and every time they sang thunder or thunderstruck the PAX did a Burpee. It was a great show.
