Workout: 9 sets of 90 seconds exercise followed by 110 seconds of step ups onto a block (remembering the 110 flights of stairs at the World Trade Center). Exercises: Muricans, Sit-Ups, Block Curls, LBC’s, Block Press, Bicycles, Block Row, Flutter Kick, CPR (curl-press-row).
