Adapted a Phat Thor beatdown where pax moved through a series of grades. Each grade (K-12) had a trivia question about education. If the respondent was correct, the group only did the exercise for that grade. If the respondent was wrong, the group did all of the exercises from K to the grade they were on. A lap around the parking lot followed as the group graduated to the next grade.
K = SSH, 1 = Murican, 2 = LBC (2:1), 3 = Squat, 4 = Plank Jack, 5 = Bicycle (2:1), 6 = Imp Walker (2:1), 7 = Nolan Ryan, 8 = American Hammers, 9 = Lt. Dan’s…we didn’t make it to 10 = Burpee, 11 = Hello Dollie, 12 = Absolutions.
