Our workouts:
Are free of charge
Are open to all men
Are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
End with a Circle of Trust
We warmed up then got to work:
The Beatdown – We went with 1 team of 3, we would draw a ball. The ball would have a station # and a task letter. If you drew 2B you and your partner would do sprints at Station 2. Each team would put the ball they drew into their team bucket.

A Spider Merkins – 25 Each
B Pivot Jump Shots – 25 Each
C Jump Squat Calf Raises – 25 Each
Station #2
A 50 Yard Carioca Run 1 Round Trip
B 50 Yard Sprints 1 Round Trip
C 25 Yard – Push’in Huffy’s Hooptie 1 Round Trip
Station #3
A Kettle Bell Swings – 25 Each
B Curls – 25 Each
C Man Makers – 10 Each
We closed in the Circle of Trust. Armstrong was the appointed 6. I wanted to say how blessed we are to be out here in the groom getting work done!! Love coming back to my childhood roots!! As always, I am humbled and honors to be able to lead the men of F3!!!!!!!
