slightly modified a Huckleberry workout for the Oregon Pax.
Used a 6 sided die to have pax select one of six workout cones.
After completing the cone, run a loop and then go roll again.
Each cone has 3 exercises, with reps of 20, 25, and 30.
1 = Nolan Ryans, Mtn Climber (2:1), Muricans
2 = Lieutenant Dans, Imperial Walkers (2:1), Skaters (2:1)
3 = Sit Ups, American Hammers (2:1), Flutter Kicks (2:1)
4 = Diamond Muricans, Plank Jack Shoulder Taps (2:1), Bear Squats
5 = Burpees, Ninja Squat, Squat Jumps
6 = Hello Dollies, Bicycles (2:1), LBC’s
