The Thang:
We used “human counters” for this BD. We partnered up in 2s. The group repeated an exercise and chattered, while the “timers” counted reps. Then switched up.
Exercises were:
Burpees, Monkey Humpers, Squats, Lt. Dans, Merkins, Imperial Walkers, Absolutions, Nolan Ryans and Freddie Mercurys.
Counters did:
Flutter Kicks, Plank, BBSU, Supermans as well as the exercises above.

December 26 is a very significant/special day for me. Not only is it my F3 anniversary, it is also my father’s birthday. The numbers of the reps in this BD were all significant in regards to the date and my father’s bday.
It was a great morning. It was great to see a few PAX travel out here to the Nest. Great crew, great day, great organization.
