Spreading a little further east into Oregon, OH with our newest beatdown in the Black Swamp! This AO is at Fassett Junior High School, home of the Eagles, plenty of room for all kinds of fun beatdowns.

The Workout:
First divide Pax into 4 teams (Q was solo and 3 pairs with more experience pax with newer pax)
Each team picked a different base to start on
The Home Base Team’s completion of the 12 Burpees is the time limit for the other bases AMRAP exercises. Then all rotate to the next base.
When teams makes it back to their starting point (4 rotations) a new round starts.
HOME Base = 12 Burpees, then call “Rotate!”
*if you call “Home Run” everyone runs a full lap then rotates
