Workout:
Do one exercise at the cone closest to flag and then jog to next cone to do next work out. Always do eleven, first set is 1/10, second is 2/9… continue in that pattern to finish with 10/1 and move to the next group of exercises.

Went to 6:08am and then circled up in plank position. Rotated count to 60 while in plant, recover and repeat another time.
Spreadsheets from the Gloom:
33 degrees, no wind, no precipitation, decent music, all in all a beautiful morning. Expected temps closer to 23 than 33, so that was a nice surprise. Thankful for the core Oregon Pax showing up in force and a few visitors from P-Burg. Decent amount of mumble chatter, but the continually changing count proved difficult at times to keep track of.
