The Thang:
This workout could have been called 5-10-15-20-25, ‘cause that’s how it went down.
5 lines that each represent the number of reps done on each line. Line 1 is 5 reps, line 2 is 10 reps etc. We used a different movement exercise to get to each line (approx 20 feet apart). The reps and movement are as follows:

1. Merkins / Imperial Walkers
2. American Hammers / Lunge Walk
3. Monkee Humpers / Crab Walk
4. Supermans / Crawl Bears
5. Merkins / Bear crawls
Finished 5 rounds and then did a Guantanamo Bay.
We still had a little time left, so we added another round.

It was a beautiful morning, the moon was bright and almost full. Our core group of Oregon PAX who have become regulars were out in full force. It’s great to see. The BD went well, YHC forgot his speaker, so we were sans music. Our PAX are not soft, they adjusted well to the silence and made up for the lack of music with some hearty grunting and mumble chatter.
