    Workout: Progress Report 3 – I’m A Runner Now?

    FNG’s: N/A

    Mission and Principles:
    F3: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith
Mission: To plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The core principles of F3 are that it is always:
    1. Free of charge
    2. Open to all men
    3. Held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold
    4. Led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. You versus you. Modify or stop an exercise if you need to. The most important thing is that nobody gets hurt.
    5. Ends with a Circle of Trust

    The “Thang”:

My first run with F3 was 8 months prior with a final destination of the Perrysburg Pool. The destination had to be altered mid run due to YHC being unable to keep up with the pack. This run was a “repeat” with to show the overall progress that 8 months of F3 can provide. This time around, we reached the pool and beyond, and we even found a Phat Thor along the way. Mission accomplished.

    Ruckers were the following:
    Buttercup
    Casper
    Full Pull
    Geppetto
    Ten Pin
    Van Wilder

    Ended with:
    Count-O-Rama: 19
    Name-O-Rama

The Six – Soda Pop – Keeps coming back because no matter how long he’s gone, and no matter what PAX are there, he is always welcomed with open arms and feels at home.

Spreadsheets from the Gloom: 47 and dry. Nice group who stayed together pretty well. Thanks to Coconut for the recommendation on taking the trail back after passing the Perrysburg Pool.

Thanks for all who posted. It was a pleasure to lead the runners this time around.
