What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Just about 3 miles of nonstop rucking with coupon changes every 2 mins. Coupons were the flag, 30 pound sand pancake, 40 and 60 pound sandbag. 3 hills, or what we in Perrysburg call hills, to lug the weight up and down. Some good huffing and puffing at those peaks. The PAX did an awesome job of crossing guards and weight transitions without stopping our progress. The runners picked us up on the home stretch.COR, NOR, Spaulding with the 6. TAPs to Missy, Doubtfire’s brother, and Sierra.
